Return Process

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton along with all original certifications.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item for quality assurance before processing your full refund to the original payment method.
